Deuteronomy 31:27
BIB: מֶרְיְךָ֔ וְאֶֽת־ עָרְפְּךָ֖ הַקָּשֶׁ֑ה הֵ֣ן
KJV: and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive
INT: know your rebellion neck stiff behold

Isaiah 48:4

NAS: that you are obstinate, And your neck is an iron
