Ecclesiastes 2:19
BIB: יִהְיֶה֙ א֣וֹ סָכָ֔ל וְיִשְׁלַט֙ בְּכָל־
NAS: or a fool? Yet he will have control over
KJV: whether he shall be a wise [man] or a fool? yet shall he have rule
